Measuring the gap between what buyers want and sellers do.

Turner DeVaughn Network (TDN) is transaction-focused: The exchange of value between seller and buyer. We work with individual B2B buyers to know their needs. Along the way, we have found there are some common patterns: Almost every buyer wants to know whether a product solves their problem and if there are hidden costs, learning curves or complexities that get in the way of using it. They want a value proposition that is relevant to them.

We have established metrics that quantify whether a web site communicates a relevant value proposition and includes customer validation (such as testimonials, case studies or comments from social media). Our 100-point rating system measures what individual companies do and aggregated the results from hundreds of companies.

TDN's vendor evaluation serves buyers and sellers. Based on the value needed by buyers, we assess the value proposition of sellers. This accelerates time-to-transaction for sellers who offer something relevant to the clients we work with. At a fundamental level, we make transactions more efficient.
